KENZO has teamed with designer Ron Arad

KENZO has teamed with designer Ron Arad for a new women’s fragrance, Unidentified Fragrance Object.
The unique bottle, designed by Arad, is currently on display at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City. Since each individual bottle is hand-polished, only 1000 units will be produced for the United States. AurĂ©lien Guichard’s exquisite fragrance breaks with industry codes; rejecting the traditional olfactory pyramid and instead balancing between a powerful heart, “the marble accord” and four natural raw ingredients. This one of a kind project will be in very limited distribution, only available at Bergdorf Goodman and kenzousa.com .

UNIDENTIFIED FRAGRANCE OBJECT
- Bottle design by Ron Arad - Featured in Arad's retrospective art exhibit in both Paris and New York City - Recommended for evening wear

Arad was commissioned by Kenzo to create a vehicle for fragrance that breaks with traditional industry codes and evokes sensuality when in contact with the skin. The perfume is not defined by the traditional olfactory pyramid. Its structure is a balance between a powerful heart, “the marble accord”, and four natural raw ingredients that add facets to the note. An exemplary object for both the art and fragrance collector.
